Shark Bay Fiesta

The annual Shark Bay Fiesta, established in 1996, has evolved from a weekend fishing contest to a week-long community event in Denham, a World Heritage Area in Shark Bay, Western Australia. The festivities feature daily entertainment, social activities, and fundraising by local groups. Highlights include a fishing competition, high tea, morning tea fundraiser, quiz and bingo nights, markets, workshops, an auction, kids competitions, fireworks, and more. The event offers a fundraising opportunity for community groups while benefiting the Shark Bay community.

An awesome July day in the bay

Shark Bay Speedway Club 

Great weekend for all ages. A street parade 5pm Friday followed by an epic day of thrilling speed car racing on Saturday with sprint cars and more.  Open bar with food and drinks. - Saturday 12 July 2025
