Located just 20 metres from the water front with full ocean views where you can sit back on your balcony & enjoy the sunset.
The main BR has 1 queen bed & the 2nd BR has 2 single beds (one is a roll-away that can stand up to a single bed).

1 BR Beachfront Villa (approx 52m2)
The Beachfront villas are located only 20 metres from the beautiful waterfront giving you uninterrupted views of the picturesque Shark Bay.
The main BR has 1 queen bed & a single bed, another single bed is located in an alcove area which can be closed off.

2 BR Panorama Villa (approx 63m2)
Our Panorama Villas have an elevated position at the rear of the complex only 60 meters from the beach, and parking at your door step for your convenience.
The villas have stunning coastline panoramic views of Shark Bay & Dirk Hartog Island. You can enjoy a BBQ on your private balcony & watch the sun go down with an evening drink.
The main BR contains 1 queen bed & the second BR either 2 single beds (one is a roll-away that stands up to a single bed, bedding requests not guaranteed) or bunks & a roll-away.

2 BR Deluxe Villa (approx 63 m2)
Located approx 50 metres from the beachfront in a handy location to the swimming pool & shaded BBQ area.
The main BR has 1 queen bed & the 2nd BR either 2 single beds (one being a roll-away that stands up to a single bed - bedding requests not guaranteed) or bunks & a roll-away.

1 BR Deluxe Villa (approx 52 m2)
Located approx 50 metres from the beachfront in a very handy location to the swimming pool, shaded BBQ area & games area.
The main BR has 1 queen bed & a single bed. Another single bed is located in an alcove area which can be closed off.

1 BR Superior Villa (approx 52 m2)
The Superior Villas are located in the middle of the complex (2nd and 3rd row) giving you partial ocean views.
The main BR contains 1 queen size bed & which can be closed off.

Further Information
All villas have one queen bed & two single beds (sleeps 4). Some 2 bedroom villas, a bunk bed and a rollaway bed (sleeps 5). Please note bedding requests can't be guaranteed.
Linen & towels are included in the rates for your convenience. Please supply your own beach towels. There is no room servicing. Cots $20 & highchairs $10 for hire per stay.
Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms & Conditions Carefully & fully understand them. Once you have made a booking you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- When you make a booking, you will be required to pay a deposit equal to at least the first night’s Rate of the Booking (Deposit), per villa.
- You will then be required to pay the balance on your arrival date.
- (Exception Being School Holidays / Easter / Long Weekends / Special events - please refer to this section of the Terms & Conditions)
- If you are a No Show your booking balance will be charged in full & will not be entitled to a refund / credit.
CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
- If you would like to change your booking for any reason, you must obtain Oceanside’s prior consent to do so.
- While we will try our best, Oceanside may not be able to accommodate your request to change your booking for any reason whatsoever.
- If we agree to change your booking, we may adjust the rate & deposit that applies to your booking to reflect the applicable rate on the changed booking dates. This means that the total cost of your booking may change and outside the cancellation policy.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
- We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel your booking.
- If you cancel you're booking more than 14 days before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee, per villa.
- If you cancel you’re booking less than 14 days before your arrival date, you forfeit all monies & will not be entitled to any refund / credit. ( Exception Being School Holidays / Easter / Long Weekends / Special Event please refer to this section of the Terms and Conditions)
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
- If any of your booking days fall in the WA School Holidays, Easter, Local Event and Long Weekends you will be required to pay a NON-Refundable deposit equal to at least the first night’s rate of the booking (Deposit).
- The balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refund/credit.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
- There is no change to our cancellation policy due to Covid-19 travel restrictions implemented by Federal/State Governments.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
- We strongly recommend you purchase Travel Insurance, small expense but can save a lot of emotional stress if an unforeseen event occurs, such as your airline flights, accommodation cancellation as well as pandemics, accident, illness, medical evacuation, theft & weather etc.
