General Terms & Conditions
For Special Packages, please also see the terms and conditions within the individual package details.
Please read the following Terms & Conditions Carefully & fully understand them. Once you have made a booking you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
When you make a booking, you will be required to pay a deposit equal to at least the first night’s Rate of the Booking (Deposit).
You will then be required to pay the balance on your arrival date.
(Exception Being School Holidays / Easter / Long Weekends / Special events - please refer to this section of the Terms and Conditions)
If you are a No Show your booking balance will be charged in full & will not be entitled to a refund / credit.
CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
If you would like to change your booking for any reason, you must obtain Oceanside’s prior consent to do so.
While we will try our best, Oceanside may not be able to accommodate your request to change your booking for any reason whatsoever.
If we agree to change your booking, we may adjust the rate & deposit that applies to your booking to reflect the applicable rate on the changed booking dates. This means that the total cost of your booking may change.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel your booking.
If you cancel you're booking more than 14 days before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
If you cancel you’re booking less than 14 days before your arrival date, you forfeit all monies and will not be entitled to any refund / credit. ( Exception Being School Holidays / Easter / Long Weekends / Special Event please refer to this section of the Terms and Conditions)
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
If any of your booking days fall in the WA School Holidays, Easter, Local Event and Long Weekends you will be required to pay a NON-Refundable deposit equal to at least the first night’s rate of the booking (Deposit).
The balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds or date changes after this date.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
There is no change to our cancellation policy due to Covid-19 travel restrictions implemented by Federal/State Governments.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend guests purchase Travel Insurance, small expense but can save a lot of emotional stress if an unforeseen event occurs, such as your airline flights, accommodation cancellation as well as pandemics, accident, illness, medical evacuation, theft and weather etc.
