We stayed there for 2 nights and had a great time. the villa has lot of space and is very clean. we loved to have coffee ir a glass of wine at the nice veranda. we can really recommend it.

Oceanside Village is the place to stay when you are in Denham. It’s perfectly situated across from the beach within a 200m walk from the local IGA. The units have all that you need and are very comfortable. Tara and Willie are the perfect hosts and share their knowledge with you in regard to the best things to see. We have stayed there on three separate occasions for one week at a time and will continue to go back due to the relaxed atmosphere and comfortable accommodation. Do yourself a favour and book in early so you don’t miss out! Thank you once again Tara and Willie for another relaxing stay and we will see you next May!

Recently had a 5 night stay in an ocean front villa and absolutely loved it. Our relatives from the UK couldn’t believe how close to the beach we were and loved seeing the emus walking around and even having a dip in the ocean. The villa was a short stroll to the pub, Pearlers restaurant and other amenities. Tara was great and we’d definitely stay again.

We stayed in a hilltop villa which had outstanding views of Shark Bay. The villa had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, and the host was very efficient and friendly. We would definitely return for another stay 7 night stay on a future trip from the UK.
Although Denham is a small town, it has a rich history and local places of interest to visit, there was a good variety of birdlife for bird spotting too.
In the evenings it was fun to watch the wind and kite surfers zipping up and down the sea doing aerial jumps into the stunning sunsets.

My partner and I stayed at Oceanside village for two nights with my parents, who were visiting from the UK. Our first impressions were ‘Wow!’. We arrived on a beautiful, sunny day to notice our two-bedroom villa was in fact, oceanside. I had booked an ocean view room, however, I didn’t expect it to be so close. The villa was well-kept and clean and had all the basics. The village had everything we needed – A swimming pool and somewhere to do our laundry after a few days away. There were a couple of highlights during our stay, a visit from Rum each day, the Oceanside village dog, dinner out at The Old Pearler restaurant and some lazy beach days on what felt like our private beach.

I would definitely recommend Oceanside Village. All being well, we’ll return next year.

Enjoyed our second 14 day stay at Oceanside this year and it lived up to our expectations again. Tara is extremely efficient in answering E-mails & bookings and was very helpful in changing this year’s booking dates due to a small problem we incurred at home prior to leaving for Oceanside. Units are really on the beachfront and easy walking to shops, pubs etc. Would recommend Oceanside for your winter break from the south.

Fantastic place to have spent a week in Denham. Lovely accomodating staff and friendly safe place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in clean, easy use accomodation and will definitely be back here for our next trip north. Thankyou.

We stayed at Oceanside apartments for 10 nights and had the most pleasant stay. The apartments were clean and comfy with all of the appliances and tools you would need for a home away from home stay. Tara was so accommodating and pleasant to deal with professionally and socially on the occasions we got chatting. Would highly recommend Oceanside to anyone with or without a young family! Thanks Tara and we will definitely be back for another stay!

Love this this place! Stayed there recently for the second time with my husband and teenage kids, and already booked again for next year.
Awesome location with everything you need within walking distance, the owners are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Accomodation is modern, clean and perfect for a relaxed getaway.

Oceanside Village was all that we were hoping for and both our chalet and location were tops. An ocean view, good beds and facilities, easy parking & walking to shops etc were spot on. Have rebooked for next year which confirms the above

We had a great stay at Oceanside in a beachfront villa. We had to make a late change to our dates and the Oceanside team were so accommodating. The villas are very well stocked for cooking equipment and the view was so relaxing. The shops and restaurants were a very short stroll on the beautiful waterfront. Thanks to the team for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Oceanside Villas. Spent 9 days in a very clean and comfortable villa. We did not have ocean views as we were in a villa near the pool, however, as it was quite windy, we loved being tucked away! We took our small Weber bbq, and when we didn’t eat out we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the verandah. Great facilities, pool is handy, plenty of parking for our boat and trailer. Denham itself is a lovely town with plenty to see and do, or just a great place to rest, read, eat and drink. Thanks for your hospitality, we will be back. Claire and Bruce (Seabird, WA)

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Shark Bay region.

We have just returned home after a week staying at Oceanside Village. Our first time in the area and very happy with our choice of accommodation. Our 2 bedroom Panorama Villa was a great size for the 4 of us, well equipped and had amazing views of the water. We also spent a lot of time on the verandah of our friends beachfront villa – which was exactly that – right on the beach! Kids loved it! We were able to check in early with no trouble and the villas were only a short walk or bike ride into town – great location. Willie and Tara were lovely and we look forward to coming back again.

Thank you to both Tara and Willie for making our stay so enjoyable and awesome. Thank you to the prompt attention to our hot water system when it broke and for the wonderful hospitality. Love all our yarns and have started to miss Denham while driving home. Hope to be back in September with more mates to show them what Denham has to offer and the spectacular sunsets and sights. 🙂

We loved our stay here, especially after staying our first two nights elsewhere in Denham that we weren’t impressed with at all.
The units were clean, roomy, comfortable and well set up. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials.
No complaints at all and will definitely stay here next time 🙂

Awesome accommodation and facilities!

My son and I stayed for 7 nights in the two bedroom panorama villa that has spectacular views over the beach and half of Denham!!

While there is no oven in the well equipped kitchen it does have a convection microwave that allowed us to cook everything we required for seven nights. The deck space was more than adequate with a table and chairs plus an outdoor bbq, prefect for Christmas lunch!!

Plenty of washing machines and dryers or a couple of rotary clothes lines if you prefer to hang!

We had a trailer with us, as did many others and there was still plenty of room to park!

The pool was always clean, not that we used it much as the beach is just across the road!

Tara and Willie were very friendly and nothing was an issue, highly recommend their facilities!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Oceanside Village. The units are well equipped for self catering and the standard of cleanliness very good. The units are  right on the beach which is a plus.
A short drive away from Monkey Mia for dolphin experience and sailing trips.

A short walk to Denham town IGA and other restaurants and bars. They have a pool which although small is great for cooling off. The one thing I would fault is that the bedrooms don’t have air conditioning for cooling only ceiling fans with a A/C units only the kitchen/ lounge. The rest was great and definitely one of the best in Denham town.

We have just stayed for a week in a 1 Bedroom Ocean front Villa.

This is our 2nd visit within 3 months and we just love it here. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and has everything you would need for an extended stay, including full fridge, lounge suite and air conditioner.
There is a big BBQ area a pool and heaps of safe parking.

I would definitely recommend the Ocean front Villas. To wake up to that Ocean view, with families of Emus strolling along the beach and having a dip is just amazing. As too are the sunsets.

All in all a wonderful place to stay in Denham and within walking distance of the supermarket, shops and pubs.

Thanks also to our hosts Tara, Willie, Lachlan and Kai(the accommodations golden Lab) who made our stay so memorable. Can’t wait to return in 2020!!

Comfortable stay and a fantastic location. Only critique would be that the quality of frying pan and lack of oven in the apartment make it extremely difficult to be self catering. Would definitely stay again however as there is a decent selection of restaurants on the door step.

We have recently enjoyed 3 nights accommodation at Oceanside. What a beautiful location! Nothing better than a beer on the Verandah with those amazing views of the beach.

Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and had  everything you would need away from home. It is located within walking distance of the local IGA, Pubs and shops.

The hosts are so welcoming, it’s like you have always known them. Great for a chat and helpful concerning the local area. I must also mention young Kai,  the Oceanside’s family Labrador. He called in for a visit most days!

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The view from our balcony was spectacular and the units are located within easy walking distance of the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. The unit was equipped with all the advertised appliances and facilities and we were delighted to have access to a table-tennis table in the games room!

We stayed for 5 nights with our 3 kids, had an absolutely fabulous stay. Nice and clean, good facilities for self catering and good BBQ’S, beds very comfortable! We stayed there for 3 nights, the villa was clean with all kitchen facilities plus TV and good WiFi signal.

My husband and I, along with our kids have enjoyed 11 nights at Ocean Side Village and it’s been an absolute dream. The rooms are excellent size with plenty of room for us and all the kids; and fully equipped with everything we need. Tara and Willie are so lovely, friendly, helpful and accommodating and it’s really made our holiday all the more enjoyable! We are already planning our next trip! Definitely recommend Ocean Side to anyone travelling to Denham.

Absolutely Fantastic.  From booking directly with Oceanside Village to checkout everything was wonderful.  Upon calling I was assisted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist whom was part of the reason I booked the Beach Front Villa at Oceanside Village. Nothing seemed too much even the fact that our arrival would be at 9.00pm.  Upon our late arrival our key was waiting as the receptionist had advised.  We were very pleasantly surprised by the Villa.  The Villa was spacious and very clean.  It was also equipped with all you could need.

The next day the receptionist came to our Villa to make sure we had arrived safely – which was a lovely gesture.

We highly recommend Oceanside Village to everyone who is visiting Sharks Bay or Monkey Mia area.  It is in a great location and walking distinct to all facilities of the town.

Our stay was finished off beautiful sitting on our front patio watching Emus bathing in the ocean directly across the road from us.

Nice villa clean and well furnished. Beach was a bit difficult without beachshoes. Pool was nice. A bit pricey but we had a good time.

Tara and Willie are a great team and Tara really looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. Great BBQ area and nice little pool to cool off in and ofcourse that awesome turquoise ocean across the road. I would definitely stay here again. Very well priced and fab location 😊

we have enjoyed shark bay and all it has to offer over the last four years and oceanside villas and the great team there have made it even more enjoyable all the comforts of home and nothing  is to much trouble  we have really enjoyed the layback  family friendly atmosphere.

Though you were fully booked on our first night in Denham, you did not leave us in the lurch, instead you found us a place for the night. Our two nights stay in your cabin, simply is like home away from our home…so comfortable, clean, spacious, well equipped and located opposite the waterfront..Super wonderful. Both of us have the best two nights sleep on very comfy beds.

But, above all else, YOU are the reason we choose to stay with you and its the best choice we have made in Denham.

During the 2017 Christmas period, my Wife and I stayed at the Village for 5 x days and it was just absolutely soooooooo relaxing, we didn’t want to return home.   Oceanside Village is ideally located within the Denham town site – away from the Main Street and traffic, nice and quiet.  The facilities provided on-site – you couldn’t ask for anything else – it was all there.  We stayed in the 1 x BR Beachfront Villa and were spoiled rotten with amazing sunsets every day.  Availability of Internet connection – no hassles at all.

The only ‘grizzle’ we would have is:

• Provide a slightly larger table on the verandah – to allow eating a meal or having drinkies whilst watching sunset,
• For Guests staying more than 3 x days – provide additional towels instead of just 1 x each.  Guests shouldn’t have to wash Hotel linen, even if the washing powder is provided free of charge.

Would we visit/stay again – absolutely and probably longer.

Spent 5 nights at Oceanside in a front villa,great location,easy walk to shops,pub,info centre,the hosts were fantastic,I was greeted by there dog Kai,loved socialising and swimming with him,villa was very comfortable,everything you need,beach across the road was to die for,water so clear,

We have just got back from a fabulous week away at Oceanside Village. We stayed in a 2 bed panorama which had superb views across the turquoise ocean. Willie and Tara were both lovely and always had time to chat…even on their day off!. The panoramas were like a home away from home with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. They were spacious, clean and even had your own BBQ on the balcony. There was a table tennis table for the kids (and big kids!) and a small but adequate pool which came in very handy when you wanted to cool down. My daughter has now decided that she would like to live their as she had the most amazing time, which was good news for us as we were worried that she might get bored being 14 and our son who is 12 loved fishing off the jetty. For such a small village there really is a lot to do and the locals and visitors are super friendly which made our stay even better.

We are now planning our return! Thank you again for the most superb holiday and see you very soon 😁

We stayed at Oceanside Village on two occasions during our journey Perth to Coral Bay and returning to Perth. The units are very comfortable, beautifully located across the road from the beach. We had a need to adjust our dates during our trip and Tara was very happy to accommodate our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here on our future trips in this region.

What a great accommodation facility Oceanside Village is to stay at. The most welcoming and friendly family of Tara, Willie, Lachlan and Kai the Labrador are on hand operating the facility and always aim to please. They truly make us feel like one of the family and we have such an enjoyable stay each time we come which is now up to number 6 at Oceanside Village over the past 5 years as an indication of how much we enjoy staying there.

Stay number 7 is scheduled for April 2017 and but for some other commitments we presently have we would be there more frequently.

Also the township of Denham is great with such friendly folks and all of the facilities one needs including a great range of various interesting local tours to learn more of the history of Shark Bay and the surrounding area.

We view Oceanside Village as the premium facility north of Cervantes to Geraldton and upwards along the length of the Coral Coast with so many accommodation options provided for guests at Oceanside Village.

For us life is chilling out on the balcony of an Oceanside Village Panorama Villa balcony overlooking the pristine waters of Shark Bay – highly recommended to anyone for a real holiday.

We had a beach front unit here for five nights. Right opposite the beach which was lovely for a swim. The unit was very clean and well fitted out, didn’t want for anything. A short stroll to the supermarket and the town centre. The swimming pool was small, more of a plunge pool, but with the beach opposite didn’t need to use it. Laundry room really useful when you’re travelling. Lovely watching the sun go down from our terrace with a glass of wine in hand. Perfect. Lovely lady in reception, always helpful. It was a bit difficult to know what you have booked. You do not always get one of the ones featured in the pictures with a view. The “Deluxe” villa ended up being one with no view. We did however enjoy our 3 night stay. The villa was very comfortable and it was very quiet. One or two points, though. In very hot weather they should put the air-conditioning on in advance of a guest’s arrival, as one or two places do. The whole villa was very hot when we arrived and it took a long time to cool down . The kitchen was quite spacious, however it could have done with one much bigger pot and a ladle. The fridge was very good. The cafetiere was handy. Compared to some of the slow wifi experienced in some other places, wifi here was very good. With a 15% discount for a 3 night stay it represented good value for money. (Review from TripAdvisor)

This place is amazing. Beautiful family own the place. Had to change our dates at the last minute and Tara the owner was very accommodating. The panorama villas are excellent. We have 3 children and 2 adults and the place is perfect for our family. At night enjoy the ocean view from the balcony and watch the sunset. Couldn’t ask for a better holiday destination with beautiful people around. Highly recommend this place as a place of accommodation and friendliness. (Review from TripAdvisor)

We stayed there with great pleasure for 7 nights. A very ideal quiet location at the edge of the village just over the road from the beach at a walking distance to all shops and amenities. Our cottage was very clean, spacious and comfortable with all the necessary equipment and a good internet, we all felt immediately like home. There’s also access to a tennis table room, a pool and canoes. Most of all Tara, William, Lachlan and Kye who run the place are very helpful, warm and friendly people, Tara gave us great advices about all the activities around Denham and in Shark Bay. We would absolutely return to the Oceanside Village as we are highly recommending it. We had made some great memories.

Excellent location. Our unit had a view right over the sea with a veranda at the front. The unit was spacious and clean. It was an easy walk to the main shopping strip and the pub. Also not far from Monkey Mia to see the dolphins.

Always a great place to stay! We arrived on Saturday 8th April and were met by Tara, Willie and Kai the Labrador. Very lovely people and the dog is super friendly. This was our 4th stay at Oceanside Village. It’s Great place to stay if you’re visiting Shark Bay. Nearby IGA, petrol station, Bakery, Hotel and the Ocean right on the doorstep. The Villas were very clean and tidy. The beds we find are a little hard, but we sleep on soft ensemble beds at home and these are slat beds with a firm mattress. Friends staying with us liked the beds because they sleep on firm beds at home. This would not stop us coming back again. The pool was clean and the laundry room was functional and BBQs were always clean and ready to go for that cook up of the days catch. Wifi was great in our villas but villa number 4 out the front could not get wifi reception. We always stay in Denham rather than Monkey Mia as the facilities in the town are greater and we just make the 20 minute drive across to go and see the dolphins. Tara and Willie gave us lots of information about the area and were super helpful! We would take Kai across the road swimming and it was really great watching Kai swimming underwater trying to catch things! We hadn’t seen that before. I would recommend the Oceanside Village as the place to stay in Denham, as it has everything you need and Tara, Willie, Lachlan and Kai were all really friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay, so much in fact we extended it an extra 2 nights. We will definitely be back next year. (if we can wait that long!)
