TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) carefully & fully understand them. Once you have made a booking you will be deemed to have accepted these T&C’s.


  1. All bookings are subject to availability. 
  2. A deposit is required equal to at least the {1} first night’s rate $AUD of the booking per villa.
  3. You will then be required to pay the balance on your arrival date. (Exception being school holidays/Easter/long weekends/special events - please refer to this section of the T&C’s).
  4. If you are a No Show your booking balance will be charged in full & will not be entitled to a refund or credit.
  5. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. The customer’s credit card will be held as security for the booking and utilised for any security bond, outstanding charges, damage or any breach of these T&C’s. 
  6. Oceanside Village reserves the right to request payment of a security bond by the customer, at any time. 
  7. Failure by the customer to make payment as required in accordance with the T&C, or as otherwise requested by Oceanside Village may result in the booking being cancelled and the provider making available the accommodation, or any part thereof, to other persons. 
  8. If the customer makes payment by way of credit card, the customer warrants that the information provided to Oceanside Village is true and complete, that the customer is authorised to use the credit card to make payment and that the customer’s payment will be honoured by the credit card issuer. 



CHANGING YOUR BOOKING 


  1. If you would like to change your booking for any reason, you must obtain Oceanside’s prior consent to do so.
  2. We will try our best, Oceanside may not be able to accommodate your request to change your booking for any reason whatsoever.
  3. If we agree to change your booking, we may adjust the rate & deposit that applies to your booking to reflect the applicable rate on the changed booking dates. This means that the total cost of your booking may change.



CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING


  1. We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel your booking. All cancellations must be emailed to Oceanside Village, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure notice of the booking cancellation is received.
  2. If you cancel your booking more than {14} days before the arrival date, you will receive a refund less a $50 administration fee, per villa.
  3. Cancelling your booking less than {14} days before your arrival date, you forfeit all monies and will not be entitled to any refund/credit. (Exception being school holidays/Easter/long weekends/special events please refer to this section of the T&C’s).



SCHOOL HOLIDAYS


  1. If any of your booking days fall in the WA school holidays, Easter, long weekends/special events you will be required to pay a NON-Refundable deposit equal to at least the {1} first night’s rate of the booking per villa. 
  2. The balance is automatically charged to your credit card {7} days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds/credit/transfer or change of booking.



TRAVEL INSURANCE


  1. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance, small expense but can save a lot of emotional stress if an unforeseen event occurs, such as your airline flights, accommodation cancellation as well as pandemics, accident, illness, medical evacuation, theft and any weather conditions etc.



BEHAVIOUR POLICY


  1. Anti-social behaviour (including behaviour of a sexual or discriminatory nature), intoxication or creating a disturbance to other customers and or representatives will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the booking and expulsion from the accommodation. 
  2. Where the booking is terminated pursuant to this clause, the customer shall forfeit any and all monies paid to the provider.
