The Beachfront villas are located only 20metres from the beautiful waterfront giving you uninterrupted views of the picturesque Shark Bay. The main bedroom contains 1 Queen bed and a single bed and another single bed is located in an alcove area which can be closed off. Free Foxtel TV service.
2 BR Beachfront Villa
Located just 20 metres from the water front with full ocean views where you can sit back on your balcony and enjoy the sunset. The 1st bedroom contains 1 Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom contains 2 single beds (one being a roll-away). Free Foxtel TV service.
Panorama Villas
2 BR Panorama Villa
Our Panorama Villas have an elevated position at the rear of the complex only 60 meters from the beach. They have stunning coastline panoramic views of Shark Bay and Dirk Hartog Island. You can enjoy a BBQ on your private balcony. The 1st bedroom contains 1 Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom contains either 2 single beds (one being a roll-away) or bunks and a roll-away. Free Foxtel TV service. For the Panorama Villas there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Deluxe Villas
1 Bedroom De Luxe Villa
Located just 30 metres from the beachfront in a very handy location to the heated swimming pool, large, shaded BBQ area & games area. The main bedroom contains 1 Queen bed and a single bed. Another single bed is located in an alcove area which can be closed off. Free Foxtel TV service.

Seaview Villa

The Sea View villas are located in the middle of the complex giving you part ocean views.

More Villa information
All Villas have one queen bed and two single beds (sleeps 4). However, some two bedroom Villas have a queen bed, a bunk bed and a trundle bed (sleeps 5). We also have some 1 bedroom villas with a lounger in the loungeroom which you can turn into a double bed. Linen and towels are included in the rates for your convenience.
A maximum of one extra fold bed can be added to a Villa for a charge of $15 per night.
Cots and highchairs are available for hire as well.

Our “Off Peak Season” 2010/2011 covers the months of May, June and November 2010 as well as February and March 2011.
Off peak 2011/2012: 14/05/2011 – 07/07/2011, 15/10/2011 – 14/12/2011 and 01/02/2012 – 31/03/2012.
Terms and Conditions
- For bookings including Public Holidays, Long Weekends and Local Events a 1 nights’ non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- All bookings need to be confirmed with a valid credit card. The balance is due on arrival.
- Alternatively a one night’s deposit via cheque or EFT is required to confirm your booking.
- Minimum stay during school holidays / long weekend is 2 nights.
- Minimum stay Panorama Villas is 2 nights.
- Cancellations advised 14 or more days prior to arrival date incur a cancellation fee of $15
- If less than 14 days notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of first night is applicable.
- If less than 7 days notice is given, a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation is applicable.
- NO REFUND will be given if the Villa is vacated prior to scheduled departure date.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed on our property under any circumstances.
